Privacy, in plain words.
AI Readiness Studio is built local-first. Your profile, your answers, your progress - everything stays in your browser unless you explicitly choose otherwise. This page explains what that means, and what happens in the small number of cases where data does leave your device.
What we store on your device
When you use the Studio, the following lives in localStorage in your browser: your profile (name, email, colour, grain), your assessment answers and scores, your course/article progress, your LinkedIn optimiser notes, and your Pivot plan. None of this is sent to our servers. If you clear site data in your browser settings, it is gone.
What we do not collect
We do not run fingerprinting scripts, ad-tech pixels or behavioural trackers. We do not sell data - there is little data to sell. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in on a form that explicitly says so.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics - a GDPR-safe, cookie-less analytics tool that reports aggregate page-view counts only. Plausible does not collect IP addresses or advertising identifiers; no individual can be identified from the data.
Fonts
Fonts (Inter, Playfair Display) load from Bunny Fonts - a GDPR-compliant CDN that does not log visitor IP addresses. We do not use Google Fonts.
When data leaves your browser
Two cases, both optional. First, if you use the Pivot module and ask for a Claude-generated plan, your colour, readiness score, and context paragraph are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate the plan. That request is not stored on our side, and Anthropic’s enterprise policy states that API inputs are not used to train models. Second, if you email us directly, we of course keep the email until the conversation is done.
Export and delete
The dashboard has two buttons: Export JSON (downloads your entire profile as a single file) and Delete my data (wipes everything in your browser immediately). No email confirmation, no 30-day wait. It is your data.
Cookies
No cookies are used beyond the browser’s own localStorage. We do not set tracking cookies, consent cookies, or session cookies.
Children
The Studio is built for adult professionals thinking about the AI shift in their careers. It is not designed for users under 16.
Your rights under GDPR
Since we store nothing server-side, most GDPR rights are exercised directly by you through the dashboard (access, portability, erasure). This is a private project by Tomasz Rey - for any questions, contact via LinkedIn.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, the change will be dated at the top of this page and announced on the dashboard before it takes effect.
