# AI Readiness Studio

> A private, local-first studio for professionals navigating the AI shift. Five tools (Self Assessment, Colours, LinkedIn optimiser, Practice Index, Pivot), a curated 60+ catalogue of learning opportunities across 15 tracks, a research digest, and a unified profile stored entirely in the user's browser. A private project by Tomasz Rey.

Core principles: artifacts beat certificates; one profile, many tools; private by default (no tracking, no server storage unless user opts in).
